OUR COMMITMENTS

Mindful ot it's footprint, Villa Miraé by Inwood Hotels is committed on a daily basis to tourism that is more responsible, human-centric, and respectful of the local area.

Discover all our initiatives by consulting our CSR Charter.

Villa Mirae closely monitors its water and energy consumption using an indicator calculated per overnight stay. This regular monitoring helps us better understand our consumption patterns and identify opportunities to reduce them.

For the upkeep of our spaces, we favour gentler solutions combining ozonated water, natural products and eco-labelled products. This approach helps reduce the use of chemicals while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Bed linen is changed every three days. It can also be replaced earlier upon request.

Consumption management is supported by a Building Management System (BMS) and energy-efficient equipment, allowing us to optimise the villa’s operations and reduce energy consumption.

The property has chosen to use green energy, in line with its commitment to more responsible energy sources.

Waste sorting is organised throughout the villa and relies on the participation of both our teams and guests. Today, 71% of our waste is recycled.

By joining the Region’s Zero Plastic Charter, Villa Mirae is committed to progressively reducing and ultimately eliminating single-use plastics.

Signing the Diversity Charter reflects our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace that respects differences and promotes equal opportunities.

The Levly system supports our housekeeping teams in their daily tasks and helps improve working conditions.

Through the ANAF mentoring programme, we contribute to supporting young people and passing on skills and expertise.

Employees receive CSR training to strengthen their understanding of sustainable development issues and integrate them into their everyday practices.

As a signatory of the Antibes Sustainable Tourism Charter, Villa Mirae contributes to a local initiative promoting more responsible tourism across the region.

A carbon footprint assessment has been carried out to measure the property’s environmental impact, including guests’ travel. It estimates emissions at 34,620 tCO₂e and provides a basis for identifying future reduction measures.

Villa Mirae partners with La Tablée des Chefs to combat food waste and support food solidarity initiatives.

EcoTree: In 2026, the hotel contributed to the planting of 10 trees, which it now owns.

As part of Pink October, the hotel created a charity cocktail, with proceeds donated to the Rose Sein association.

Un Toit pour les Abeilles: The hotel sponsors a beehive and showcases the honey produced through this partnership within the property.

Alongside the Surfrider Foundation, we support initiatives dedicated to protecting the oceans and coastlines.

In September 2025, Villa Mirae obtained its first EU Ecolabel certification.
